Ingredients

Cream Cheese and Chive Dip
  • 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 90 g ( cup) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives, plus a little extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
To Serve
  • 170 g (6 oz) smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp baby capers
  • Red onion rings
  • Sourdough bread, toasted
