Today I’m bringing you a recipe for Freezer-friendly Garlic Bread that is made with real, fresh ingredients. I love making a batch of this bread to freeze and bake from frozen! It is perfect for dunking into a soup or serving alongside a rich pasta dish. It is made with the simplest of ingredients, unlike many store-bought versions. Butter, fresh garlic, parsley and mozzarella come together to create this garlicky, cheesy and melty masterpiece!
Can you make Freezer-friendly Garlic Bread ahead of time?
Yes! Follow steps 2–6. Freeze for up to 2 months wrapped in foil. To bake, remove directly from the freezer (leave wrapped in the foil) and bake in a preheated 200°C (400°F) (180°C/350°F fan-forced) oven for 18–22 minutes.
Is Freezer-friendly Garlic Bread suitable for leftovers?
Once cooked, this garlic bread is best served and eaten immediately.
This deliciously cheesy Freezer-friendly Garlic Bread is ideal to prepare and store in the freezer until you are ready to thaw it out, bake it and serve it with barbecues, pasta or pizza.
